A1 Anglers - CAPTAIN INFORMATION

1. Required to be 18 years of age and not enrolled in high school.
2. Required to complete an Anderson School District 1 background check (BIB) from this link:  Secure Volunteer | Identity Verification. NOTE: If a New Captain has completed a BIB for a school field trip please email A1AnglersSC@gmail.com as it may not allow you to complete second BIB as a Captain. 
3. Required to have a Tuberculosis test and email results to A1AnglersSC@gmail.com. 
4. Required to maintain 300,000.00 worth of liability insurance on his or her boat. Copy of insurance must be emailed to A1AnglersSC@gmail.com. 
5. Required to follow all DNR rules and regulations while on the water.
6. Required to complete the Captain Registration Google form. 
7. Required to complete PBC Liability Form (Coming Soon).
8. Highly recommended to complete SC DNR Boater Safety Course.

Must not fish or touch fishing equipment during PBC Tournaments.
 

Boat Requirements

1. Required to be 16 feet in length.
2. Required to have a working live well.
3. Required to have a motor disconnect switch (kill switch). 
4. Required to follow all DNR boat regulations.
